FemVital App – Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the FemVital app (femvital.app), run by Ravensbourne Partners Ltd, trading as FemVital, company number 12441318, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: info@femvital.co.uk.

2. Not medical advice

The app gives general fitness, lifestyle and menopause education. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. The symptom tracker and My Menopause Report are for your own awareness and do not replace your GP or another healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, take medication, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you, check with your GP before starting. If you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath during exercise, stop straight away and seek medical help.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, using equipment safely, and training in a safe space. Keep your login details private. Please give accurate information in your questionnaire and check-ins, so your plan suits you.

4. Free and paid plans

• Free account: access to the Free 7-Day Starter Pack and movement snacks.
• Premium: £9.99 per month, paid through Stripe, renewing monthly until you cancel.
• Online coaching: a monthly plan paid by Direct Debit, which includes personal coaching from Marleen alongside the app.

You can cancel Premium or coaching at any time, effective at the end of your current paid month. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires.

5. Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. When you start using Premium content straight away, you agree that it begins immediately and you accept that you lose this 14-day right for the period already used. If you cancel within 14 days, contact us and we will refund any amount that has not been used.

6. Our content

All workouts, videos, programmes, course materials and text in the app belong to FemVital. They are for your personal use only. Please do not copy, share, resell or publish them.

7. Changes and availability

We may update workouts, features or prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and you can cancel before it applies. We aim to keep the app running at all times, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing info@femvital.co.uk. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
